The vision of the Queen City Church:

To seek the fulfillment of the Great Commission fueled by the Great Commandment.

The Great Commission:
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

Matthew 28:19-20

The Great Commandment:
And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets."

The Mission of the Queen City Church:

To be a transformed church that is long, wide, high and deep.

LONG enough to stretch beyond our doors and comfort zones to engage the community.

WIDE enough to welcome and care for absolutely everybody who come.

HIGH enough to worship God and let Him lead wherever he will.

DEEP enough to challenge, train, empower and release all whom God sends to us.

The Strategy of the Queen City Church:

On the basis of the grace and redemption received in Jesus Christ and our commission to love and serve others:

We will be known by the community as a church that ministers to the needy and hurting with good deeds and good news by living out our personal transformation to the community; (LONG)

We will be known as a church that builds healthy relationships.  Relationships and accountability are keys to effective discipleship. It is God’s desire that disciples be transformed to the image of His Son. (WIDE)

We will be known as a church that worships, prays and serves with one another as we seek to honor God with our sacrifice of praise. (HIGH)

We will be known as a church that reproduces believers, disciples, leaders and plants other churches. (DEEP)
