A church of Christ in NoDa

We exist to build stronger community through the love of Christ

Community. Family. Body of Christ. New Creation. Kingdom. The church takes on many different names in the Bible. We believe Christianity is more than a personal walk with God but a communal existence of relationships with one another. Diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are essential for relationship with God. We believe in the celebration of diversity as people come together in community. We won't always do this perfectly but we are committed to creating space for community here in NoDa. Our partnership with the YMCA and the surrounding neighborhood is key to creating these spaces. We would love to partner with you in building a better and stronger community here in Charlotte.

Whether you are a devoted follower of Jesus, a skeptic giving this whole church thing a shot, or somewhere in between - Come as you are and worship with us in the heart of NoDa every Sunday at 9:30 AM. You are welcome here!

Five ways of Loving God

We are all wired differently in how we express our love towards God. Throughout 2018, we will examine the five different ways we express love towards God and grow as a community of believers in each area. Balance in life is not having each area at 20%. You need to recognize how you are wired and make sure you are connecting with God in each way to your full capacity. We also do not evaluate the spirituality of others based on how we are wired. As a community, we encourage one another to grow in each area so that we might come to a deeper love for God together. Come join us as we grow as a community of believers together.

The five ways: Intellect or Bible Study, Contemplative or Prayer, Service, Relational, and Emotional.
